Description

Every morning there is a ponding of standing smelly water at this intersection. It may be the result of the local restaurants (Beach House, O'Maddy's, Salty's) from hosing down their trash bins/area. Lately the ponding has been larger and stinkier. I usually walk by around 9:30 AM.
