Description
The school buses from ESUMS are speeding down Eld Street (again). Some of them are moving so quickly that it's difficult to get a plate id. Does anyone know which bus company has the contract? It's time to issue a formal complaint before someone gets hurt (or before I start putting roadblocks out on the street).
