A red ice cream truck comes by here frequently at 8:00pm and plays music while parked for 30 minutes to an hour straight. It's almost year round and has been like this for years. What finally made me cave in to report is the fact that the truck driver would skip and start the music rapidly just to draw attention. I don't mind that the truck has to play music to do business, that's understandable, but is it necessary to play music while parked for half an hour?
