FIRE! Someone at this apartment threw lit material (cigarettes?) out with their party trash. The dumpster is burnet and part of the other dumpster next to it. All the beer cans and part trash someone left in the alley after putting out. The fire department must not have been called. This is a serious problem with the fire and destruction of city dumpsters. The landlord and tenents of the Ritz need to be notified!
