Description

This issue was originally reported on 8/23 by me. It's been closed, said to be fixed and is archived. WTH??? As the new attached pix show it has never been touched. I used to have quite a bit of respect for city employees but this past year in my block alone I have lost respect for them/the system. Time to write Councilman Hilbert regarding this and the other 4 issues on my block that have been closed/archived but are still there. This is pathetic.
