Description

The woman at 39 Taft Avenue keeps throwing old food away in the empty lot adjacent to her residence. Why can't she just throw old garbage away in garbage bags like the rest of us do? Oh well apparently she chooses to selfishly throw her old food away in the empty lot adjacent to her property ignoring the fact that this will bring vermin and other animals to our homes and neighborhood. This isn't the first time she has done this and she keeps doing it. Could someone please look into this matter.
