thank you for your submission. the new Intersection Safety Device system uses LCD lights to add illumination to the intersection for the digital camera system. The system is activated by sensors when atmospheric conditions require extra lighting and the lights stay on until daylight conditions signal otherwise. Although the lights are focused down onto specific through lanes the Contractor has been asked to review the set up.
