Ok ...so the car owner / occupant is cagey - they moved the car to 140 Hegenberger CT ...in the truck bay ...I guess they are smart enough to mknow the neighbors are watching ...that area is not safe - perhaps they can be relocated to a safer place or shelter? and again ..a car with no plates ...hazard?

so this car moves from point A to point B - no tags ...no registration and enforcement just lets it happen? amazing!

I hope if MY car is ever on the streets like this? they will be this lenient ..

so ..it's parked right down the street from a school now ...but of course you don't care ....

still parked in front of the school ...still loaded with crap ...still no license or registration and you still don't care - check out hegenberger loop ..sheesh
