I don't know if this is the right place to report this issue since I couldn't find a category for this type of issues. This whole week (October 20 till now), there has been a helicopter flying very low, every night, at about 10 at night. This is becoming a nuisance, since a lot of the residents have children that are trying to sleep at that hour. It always comes from the same direction going towards the same point every night. I understand the need to use helicopters at low altitude when trying to spot and capture a criminal, but this is not the case. It is every night, at about the same time, going in the same direction and it is flying very low.
If this is not the place to report this type of issues, please direct me to the right place.
