Description

I have asked the home owner to cut his tree that is on his property that is growing over the fence and on to my house to please cut it for safety reasons. It allows pest to have easier access to my roof. With hurricane season it could cause property damage. His home is being leased out and the realtor that manages the property informed him that it was not his responsibility to trim the tree back to his property line.
