Description

The tree was removed by DC sometime ago, and the stump was never replaced. It is a hazard as it is created a trap like condition. People don't notice it and can trip and fall over the stump. I was told the stump would be removed previously. I called 311 and was given request number 290966. It appears that ticket has been closed and nothing has been done and no one has contacted me. The tree is located on the Randolph Street side of my property. My address is 3926 20th St. NE, 20018.
