Thanks for reporting! Removing illegal campers is a lengthy process that involves the Police Department Community Services Section, Code Enforcement, and Public Works personnel. Code Enforcement will place notices of removal in this area giving illegal campers seven days to remove all items from these areas, per the municipal code (you can view here http://bit.ly/1mbs6Xs). After the seven days, the Public Works Department will clean up the area. We have alerted Code Enforcement to this issue so they can post signs and being the removal process.
