Description
On east-bound 291 a sign for the new I-95 ramp seems to direct traffic to make a right-turn onto a dead-end side street. Every time I go by I see traffic on the side street making U-turns.

I noticed chester police officer sitting right there AND letting people drive down the street only to do a U-turn.

@stimey That's hilarious! I hope the cop was ordered there to count the U-turns so the problem can get fixed..

The sign has now been replaced with one that does not cause people to turn too soon. Thanks PennDOT!
