Description

The sign for the CT Transit bus stop at the corner of Hall Street and Townsend Ave. has broken off the metal post and is lying on the grass. Part of the metal post is still sticking up out of the ground. The sign reads NHTA so I am guessing the sign belongs to the city? In any event, it probably should be repaired.
