Description

The drainage grate on the far left side of the NB Taconic just north of W. Stevens road is getting looser and looser. It appears the cement catch basin is crumbling and it's a matter of time before that grate falls and a bad accident happens.

Many driver now stay in the right lane to avoid the terrible banging sound it makes which causes some traffic flow issues that weren't there previously.

Please inspect and repair.
