This neighbor as well as others seem to think the sidewalk is their personal parking space. Being that a sidewalk is for walking I would like them ticketed. I have a disabled person in my home and need to be able to use the sidewalk for walking, pushing wheelchair etc. They do this most nights and mid afternoon on both sides of the St as well as double and triple parking in the middle of the street and blocking my driveway as well as the sidewalk. Tired of having to play guessing games with who's door do I knock on to ask them to move or having to wait until they move to not be the nasty neighbor and have their car towed. This should be commen sense a sidewalk is for walking not side parking to get drunk, have sex, and leave food, alcohol bottles, and condoms behind scattered in front of my home.
