I see nothing wrong with this...the sign isn't offensive, and it IS on their property, and while the city expects you to maintain that property for city purposes, I think the city should also expect that the price for that maintenance is that you post a (non-permanent, non-offensive) sign on it occasionally. Realtors do it all the time, and so do people holding yard sales (that then forget/neglect to take them down), yet no one seems to have an issue, so I can't help but wonder if this complaint is politically motivated...
I agree with you Ron. If you notice, most of these complaints are from "The Watcher". Too bad they have nothing else to do except drive around the city reporting issues.
I see nothing wrong with these signs. It's on this persons property, they are expressing their First Ammendment Rights by posting these signs. I may or may not personally agree with these signs, but there's nothing wrong with them.
