Description

On Blossom St between Ott and Bonham,in Shandon, large pile of tree branches and clippings in part of road. Has been there for a month or more. Cannot see the house from the road to get a street number, but the mess is obvious.
Cars have to drive around the debris. It is unsightly and ruins the look of the neighborhood.
