Description

Irrigation line from Willowbend Nursery (south side of Middle Ridge Road, Perry, OH) is blocking the fire hydrant and has been for about two months now. It is clearly in violation of "keeping a fire hydrant clear" and there are homes that would be serviced by this hydrant. Why hasn't the nursery been fined? Obviously, Middle Ridge is a main route and I'm sure the Fire Dept has driven by this numerous times.
