If I obtain the dunks, how would I get them in my neighbor's pool? Is it lawful for me to enter their backyard to put them in the pool? Or should I throw them over the fence and hope they land it the pool? Is it lawful to throw things onto someone else's property?

Thank you for reporting this issue. A Code Officer investigated and found that the resident has added aquatic plants and fish to the non-functioning swimming pool. No evidence of mosquitos or larvae were present upon inpsection. He viewed the entire back yard and found no problems or violations. The water was clear underneath the plants.
