I AM THE OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY. Excuse me...I am absolutely amazed that you state that you will be notifying ME that I am in violation of the city’s Graffiti Ordinance. How ridiculous, do you seriously think I spray painted graffiti on my own shed? I reported this graffiti on Sunday to our community watch group for the sake of allowing police an opportunity to take a look to see if it may be gang related...which absolutely was the case of a neighbors shed previously. At that time, police recognized the subject matter and knew the gang was present in the area because of what was found on the wall. I thought having it investigated might actually be helping the city in determining the presence of individuals that could cause even further damage or harm to property or citizens. It has not even been a week yet since this occurred, and believe me I certainly don't want it there either. Thanks for your assistance, Community Development.....I await my notice of violation of the city's Graffiti ordinance.
