Description
Graffiti on the sign was painted over with red paint. In no longer meets reflectivity standards and needs to be replaced. Sign was installed August of 1990. Sign is also very old and surface of color and lettering is cracking. Code #19744 located at northwest corner of Illinois and Upshur street NW
