Why hasn't the Macomb County Road Commission installed street light at the intersection of Hayes Road and Snowbird Drive?

Maybe because one isn't necessary as there is a light 500 feet away at Hayes & 21 Mile. Plus there is another light by Lifetime fitness...not too mention the light at Hall Road & Hayes...do you want to have to stop every 25 feet for a light???
