I do not k now who was driving the truck in Ventana Ranch this past Friday, but so many of the cans were out in the street, too close to each other. This usually happens when the driver is in a huge hurry and does not care where the receptacles are left. Sometimes, on a non windy day, my trash can was left to fall down. It is very difficult for me to pick it up.
