Description
My neighbors and I have filed multiple noise complaints about Tweed allowing flights after or before hours. The complaint form says someone will get back to us. Plane just took off at 945 as I am typing. Why is no one taking this seriously?

9:45 is within the appropriate hours for flights to operate. In fact, flights can operate at all hours, with different sound limits based on the time. The limits are:
12:00 AM—6:00 AM: 68.0 dB(A)
6:00 AM—7:00 AM: 73.0 dB(A)
7:00 AM—10:00 PM: 78.0 dB(A)
10:00 PM—12:00 AM: 73.0 dB(A)
This is in the Tweed Noise Abatement Guide.
