I love this system of advisement. My name is Kevin Barrett and I am running for City Council. This notification website is excellent. One can see issues and address them.
As for street lights out, they are a utility company issue. If you call Con Edison, they should address the issue and fix the light. You would be surprised that most times they move quite quickly.
