Description

The two traffic lights nearest me in Wooster Square have different long-term problems. The one at Chapel and Olive frequently "sticks", especially at night, so that Chapel traffic flows with green for a long long time (as long as 3 minutes) before Olive traffic gets a turn.
On Olive and Grand, conversely, the green light for Olive is extremely short, so that most of the cars in line to cross Grand have to wait for the next green light.
Please investigate (and hopefully DO something about) this!
