Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. This animal runs loose with the dog in my first 311 request. This dog belongs to the resident at 912 Woodcrest Dr. 77018. They used to fence the dog in, but it just kept getting out. Now their gate is broken and the dog runs all over the neighborhood and poops in my yard. It also runs around free in Shepherd Park where kids play. My neighbors tell me that they have complained about this 3 times in the last month and nothing is being done about it.
