Description

Every few days, schoolbus 175 stays stopped at this intersection with flashing red lights while the bus driver talks to some woman from a Saturn Outlook. If the bus driver wants to have a personal conversation so frequently, the driver needs to do so at more appropriate times and not impede the flow of traffic with a school bus. These conversations can last several minutes or more.
