The owner of a house in my neighborhood is not currently living in this property. It seems to be vacant. The owner or previous resident must have had a disability, and therefore a handicap parking space right in front of his or her home. However, it restricts parking in front of my home, while she is not living there. Ladies in my neighborhood and I would like to park in front of our homes for safety reasons. Please remove the handicap parking space, as there is no handicap resident living in the home. The handicap spot is in front of 1211 S Meadow St.
