Description

At about 6:45 tonight (10-14), a person with a leave blower was blowing all the leaves from the front of Overit Media into New Scotland Avenue, instead of picking them up and composting them, creating a huge mess of leaves on New Scotland that making it a hazard to drive with the wind catching all the leaves.
