What do you mean this is not the forum for that kind of problem?....ive contacted the district manager and the alderman on this issue....yes ive called the non emergency number for help....which is a 2 to 3 hour response for an officer to come and do a report....and in some cases a report is not taken if you are not the owner of the car but just someone calling the incident in... so excuse me if im trying to use all options and bring attention to this matter....but im sure if your car gets broken into or vandalized like my car was...you will have a different take on the situation......(reality is)
