These are steady deteriorating , no action from city of Pontiac, Not only are they are eye sore to our neighborhood, they are also a danger to the people who are still living in them. It's a shame that this has been going on for so many years.

Things are happening in these town homes now. after years of not being taken care of , they are finally coming down.

I can tell you for sure apartments 2 through 20 are presently coming down. These apartments share a wall and yes some still have people living in them so they can't come down. Someone owns and occupies them. The Michigan LandBank took these down

as it stand right now, no other apartments in this complex are slated for demolition.

I don't understand how the city would let anyone live in these. Thanks for the update.

How did we get so lucky that only part of tenement is coming down? Something also needs to be done with the old bank building at Genesee and M-59.County treasure Andy Meisner sure couldn't give my a answer. I guess anything goes as long as someone pays the taxes.

one unit did come down. the others are still standing even the one that caught fire.
