Description

This residence consistently has multiple bags of dog feces stored on the ground in their front yard. It's a violation of city code, unsightly, and attracts rats. According to today's Post, DC is now the third most rat-infested city in the country. Probably because of stuff like this. Please warn or ticket this residence.
