Description
There's a 3' section of rebar sticking out of the ground next to a crepe myrtle in the traffic median at 2723 Clark Ave. It was probably used years ago to provide support for the tree, but now it's just unsightly and somewhat dangerous, should someone cross the median at night and not see the big piece of metal sticking out of the ground. Can the city remove it? Thanks!
