Description

It's 7:08am, I just witnessed my yard waste being picked up and now figured out why my pail is never put back in the same spot as I leave it the night before. I had my yard waste pail to the left of my garbage pail and there were several feet in between. As I watched the driver pick it up, he then began driving, after emptying contents in the truck, with my pail still in the claws. Then my pail was put down several feet over to the right of my garbage pail....sitting within inches of the sewer grate. This isn't the first time this has happened. Another time it was done like this, it was left in front of my neighbors home to my right at 7824......way further even then today from a few weeks back.

Would've sent a pic from today, my son already brought the pail in. I do have the pic from a few weeks ago when it was left in front of my neighbors home at 7824.
