I live in the house next to tree and I'm worried every time we have strong winds. Large branches fall off almost monthly and luckily nobody has been hit yet. The city did some pruning of the tree apx 10 years ago, so I assume it's in a DC maintained park.

AN INVESTIGATION IS UNDERWAY TO DETERMINE WHICH CITY AGENCY IS IN CHARGE OF THIS DC CITY PARK. APPARENTLY NONE ARE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY AT THE MOMENT, ACCORDING TO NEIGHBORS---WHO ARE TAKING CARE OF THE PARK.
