Description

The tenants of 1515 Tasker Street have continued to dump their trash illegally. After being cited several times, they stopped dumping directly in front of the house, and now dump in the alley next to the house on Hicks Street. Yesterday I saw one tenants go through the dumped trash looking for something he threw away. The constant trash is attracting squirrels, raccoons, and now rats. Other tenants store their trash on the roof fir weeks (attaching rodents) before throwing it off the roof.
