Description

Connecticut Avenue is backed up with traffic every single day in light or heavy traffic due to the non existent signal timing at M Street and Connecticut Avenue. The light at 18th and Connecticut needs to be timed with the M Street light so traffic flows consistently. Cars are getting stuck in the intersection because of missed lights which causes even worse traffic for cross streets. If this is fixed it will solve many problems in this area.
