Try contacting Alcohol Beverage Control they will crack down on loitering, graffiti and open alcohol and drug use. File a complaint with them.

From such a distance, how can anybody be sure this was a drug deal? One guy might be begging a cigarette from the other, for all we know.

The photo looks far way but they were standing about 10 feet away and turned away only after I was staring at the deal. I SAW food stamps being exchanged for a baggie. Were they exchanging lollipops? Seriously.

Impossible for me and probably anyone else to say what they might have been doing, but this photograph proves nothing.
