I second the motion. It's not only tourists, but other pedestrians in general who take to crossing the Manhattan Bridge in the bike lane - frequently with no regard to the fact that they are essentially walking in traffic, sometimes side-by-side and blocking the entire lane. They put themselves and others around them in danger and I really wish some kind of means were in place to indicate that the pedestrian crossing is on the south side of the bridge.
