Description

Citizen states that traffic signal at Snowden River Parkway and Berger may be stuck in rush-hour timing: during non-peak hours (5:30 - 6:00 AM). Left turning traffic being held up on the mainline when no one on sidestreets. Side street phasing activated when no presence.
