Description

A First Student school bus stops at the light at the intersection of E. Chester St. and Hasbrouck Ave. to drop off students. He stops on the hill at the light and lets kids off the bus with his proper lights on. The kids start crossing Hasbrouck Ave. thinking it is safe but the cars on Hasbrouck Ave. do not see the bus and have a green light. There is an accident here waiting to happen.
