TROLLY TRACK WITHIN THE CROSSWALK ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CHESTNUT AT S 12TH IS RAISED ABOUT ONE INCH ABOVE THE PAVEMENT AND IS A DANGEROUS TRIPPING HAZARD
