This issue was reported on 10-06-14 and no action has been taken. The stormwater drain cover is now in worse shape and crumbling in. It is just a matter of time before someone gets hurt.

The address provided for SeeClickFix issues needs to be the address of the location where the issue can be found - in this case, the address given was 5101 18th St N - we have corrected the associated work order and entered an address for a property on the corner of 52nd Ave N and Queen St N, as well as an address for a property one block west, at the intersection of 52nd Ave N and 18th St N. We will send this updated information to the Stormwater Department and ask that they address the catch basin cover repairs as soon as they are able. Sincerely, Mayor's Action Center

Update from Stormwater: catch basin covers repaired and reset 11/25/14

The catch basin at 50th Ave N & 18th St N was repaired and reset. However, the catch basin at 50th Ave N & Queen St N has not been repaired. It is deteriorating badly and needs replaced. Thank you for addressing the matter.

Renarzinsky: there are no stormwater catch basins at the intersection of 50th Ave N and Queen St N. The previous report was for basins along 52nd Ave N - is that the location you're saying still needs to be repaired? For future issue reports, it's very important to provide an address for the location of the issue - saves a lot of time and confusion. Thank you for your help. Mayor's Action Center

My mistake, 52nd Ave N. The catch basin cover is one block east on 52nd Ave N of the one repaired at 18th St N.

Update from Stormwater: the catch basin cover repair at 52nd Ave N and Queen St is requiring us to fabricate a completely new cover which we are doing now - this should be installed at that location in a week or two. Thank you.
