accross the street from me they sit in there cars an thump very loud music in there cars . i have called the authorities sevdral times about this they come to my door and tll me they could give them a ticket but thy will juat pay it and come right back , but i heard there was a new noise ordinance past that raised the fine i just want them to respect the other neighbors here and turn it down . it rattles my nick nacks and drowns out my tv. this is a nusence to me and to others plase help
