Description

The light at Rhawn and Torresdale for the East and West traffic on Rhawn is all out of time since Penn Dot took down the turn arrow from the Cottman Ave construction. This intersection is a mess around mid afternoon. It seems the East and West traffic light for Rhawn does not last long as all. But yet the North and South for Torresdale last too long. Trafffic backs up at this intersection daily mid afternoon something horrible! Someone needs to come out and make the light longer for the East and West traffic on Rhawn. That is where most of the traffic is traveling in that area. I've lived here 42 years and it's NEVER been backed up there like it's had since Penn Dot messed with the timing of the signals!
