We here on Stone street have a dog barking issue with 2 pit bulls that are kept out in the yard from the house at 29 Birch st , almost everyday the viciously bark consent up to 9 pm we cannot sit in our yards or have guest over , the school kids walking home from school are very scared to walk by house please keep anonymous spoke to 3 neighbors and they feel same way
