Description

When heading south on Godfrey Boulevard, there is a traffic light at the intersection with Griffin Road. When the light turns green for traffic continuing south, the light remains red for traffic going north. That's all good. But there is no left-turn arrow that lets traffic heading south and turning left onto Maine Avenue know that this is a "leading" turn.
