Description

For the second time in a year, out neighbor has dumped cereal/food all over the sidewalk, an it is becoming a sanitation hazard as it is attracting rats. Please clean up and I possible speak to owner of the property to make sure this does not happen again. To my knowledge, it is illegal to dump food or garbage on the sidewalk.
